Android auto freezing on car screen

Hello Android users, I recently bought the new s22+ phone. While navigating, the screen freezes suddenly and doesn't move at all for at least 15 20 minutes, although the navigation audio works.

Do we have any solution for this yet?

Hi, please reset your network settings and also check for the updates for the android auto.
1. Go to Settings, and then select General management.
2. Find and select Reset.
3. Choose Reset network settings.
4. Tap on the Reset settings button.
5. Tap on the Reset button.
Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi information, mobile data, and Bluetooth connection are reset.

That is interesting. I just posted similar question 5 min ago. The solution that Samsung gave you does not work. Network reset or even phone factory reset didn't fix it. I think they don't know what is the problem. I returned to use my note 9 again. It doesn't have any problem.

Hi Omkar 1610,

Like I explained to Vetnam Google Maps and Android Auto are developped by Google not Samsung.  I had the sae problem on my S21+ and after an update of Google maps and Android Auto the problem was fixed.

I Know, but check everyday, sometimes there is 3 updates for Google Maps in the same week. We have to be patient with Google.

I agree, but I see that this problem is in the market for more than a month. Nobody has a solution yet?

I had the issue, then changed the maps from satellite to street view. No more freezing. not sure why the satellite mode gave issue
