Hi go in Settings /General management / date and time / and disable or enable* automatic date and time provided by network
(Terms can be different)
*on mine, hour did'nt change for new hour because automatic date and time provide by network was disable...
if it doesn't work, try to Wipe Cache Partition
Galaxy S20 fe
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the "Volume Up" key and the "Power" key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
Press the "Volume down" key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition" after the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the "Power" key to select.
When the process is complete, "Reboot system now" is highlighted.
Press the "Power" key to restart the device.

Thanks for your comment Cassidy. Unfortunatly your suggestion did not fix the problem. Disabling automatic date and time and manually selecting time zone does give me correct time though.
