Reaching out to see if anyone else has had this problem before I escalate this issue to the technical support team.

I have a new-generation Galaxy phone that has been having problems with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity for the past two days. Sometimes, they turn off by themselves and I cannot turn them back on. They show a light blue color when I try to enable them, but then they go back to gray after a few seconds. This happens randomly and with no apparent reason. It affects both my Wi-Fi access and Bluetooth. I tried to troubleshoot this problem by following these steps:

1. I checked the advanced settings for both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but I did not find any app that was interfering with them. I also made sure that the airplane mode was off and that the battery saver mode was not affecting them.

2. I rebooted my phone several times, but the problem persisted. Sometimes, one of them would work after rebooting, but the other one would not. For example, after rebooting my phone yesterday, Bluetooth would work but Wi-Fi would not. I then powered off my phone, waited for about 10 minutes, and powered it back on. Then, Wi-Fi would work and Bluetooth would not.

3. The only way I could fix this was by doing a soft reset, which involves holding the action button and the volume down button at the same time for about 10 seconds. This restored both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functionality, but I am not sure if this is a permanent solution or if the problem will recur. I wonder whether anyone else has experienced this problem with any version of the Galaxy phone. I have Android 13 One UI 5.1 installed on my device. Currently, I am up to date with the July 2023 Samsung Patch and the August 1, 2023 Google Play System Update.

I did not have any issues until now. Thank you for your attention and assistance. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Were you ever able to resolve this issue? I have been experiencing it for a few months now. I am going insane! I too have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting steps. None of those have worked to resolve the issue.

I am currently dealing with the same issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra. I recently performed an update to the One UI 6.1, since then, the issue began. Has anyone resolved this? I have tried all reset options with no luck of eliminating the issue.

I also have recently encountered this issue. Samsung S22+ had for over a year with no issues. I moved to the Maldives and got a new SIM and all of sudden my WiFi just doesn't work. Was working fine when I arrived but since the new SIM whenever I try and turn on WiFi it turns off my bluetooth and then stays grey and won't connect. Bluetooth turns back on and that works but I have been unable to connect to WiFi for a week now. I have tried all the troubleshooting they recommended. Cleared cache. Reset network settings. Factory Reset. Tried taking out the SIM and in airplane mode. It won't even work in Safe mode. Every time i restart the phone it will connect to WiFi for 1 second I get some messages and then its screwed again and won't ever connect. Extremely frustrating.
