Bluetooth - Phone Ringtone Sync

Does anyone understand this feature? I tried turning it ON but did not notice any difference with the ringtone over my bluetooth speakers. I would appreciate an explanation. Thanks.

it just means that when you are using a Bluetooth device which you normally use to listen to music then when you receive a call you will hear the ringtone through your Bluetooth device.
