Call recording

I want to activate this feature but the option to activate it isn't showing up.

I followed the instructions but it's not showing me that i can activate it. Is there something missing.

The button shows up once the person answers the call. When you click the button that looks like a cassette tape, it will let the other person on the line know that this call is being recorded. After your done with the call, you can have it transcribed.
