Charging issues after lasted software update

After updating to Android 13/One UI 5 my Samsung S21+ 5G (SM-G996W) keeps falsely detecting water in the charging port. When I plug it in to charge in my car, it works just fine until I turn the car off. When I turn the car off it will give me the moisture detected in charging port warning. This warning stays on indefinitely. The only way I found to fix this warning, is to shut down my phone, plug it in, see that it's charging, and then turn my phone back on. Otherwise the moisture detected in charging port warning will not disappear. The longest I've left it active was one whole week. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

Here a month later and I'm also having this issue with both my Zfold 4 and now my Tab S8 Ultra. Pulled out every charger I own and sometimes I can get it to work on one but not the others, then if I switch it around to another or power off and on, sometimes it will work. A Charger that works totally fine in the phone will for no apparent reason not get recognized on the tablet.

I never got a water warning, the charger just never registers at all. Please fix this,  my devices are paperweights or painful and there's no in between.

Did any one find a solution for the charging problem after the updates? I am 100% sure it is a software problem

Ive had exactly same issue - immediately after an update. My wife and I both updated same time - and warning coming up on both phones. 

To anybody who thinks this is an issue with the charge point - I've had the charge port on my wife's phone replaced - and it did not resolve the problem. 

If I play about with it - switch off, try to charge, unplug before warning comes up, start recharging again etc etc - then I might get lucky, no warning - charges no problem. 

I'm convinced its since last update.

I have the same issue. The only thing is I have an S21 FE and One UI 5 version was fine on my phone,but the latest version One UI 6 messed up my phone completely. Sometimes is charging like nothing happened even though it wasnt charging a minute ago.... I think we need to wait for the next update.

My a05s samsung doesnt charge at all, unless I turn it off and restart. Then you can charge it. Until the next Day...........then same procedure.

Its only 10 days since I bought it, my store Elgiganten says its my charger thats faulty. ( ive tried 2 different samsung original chargers with same dismal result)

Its def a software issue. Samsung ***.

I cant charge fast anymore. In 4 hour i got 24%. I used to full charge in less than 2 hr. Also the scteen stays on with some bullcrap colors shifting. Same crappy trash ends up as backround with phone use. Would be better if the screen that shows choices keypad etc to stay on. Face it, its no screen saver or baytery saver if the screen is staying on with what geeks deem is a tech breakthru. Of cpurse just themselves are hi fiving.

I have had the same problem after the software update however as a workaround I turn power saving mode on and off, and it starts charging the phone. Not an Ideal way! but something to work with.
