connect smart TV to phone

I have a Galaxy 10 and I'd like to connect it to my TV so I can at sometime see my pics on big screen and do my info searches on TV. I have a Samsung smart TV too. Can someone help a novice electronics person figure this out in layman's terms?

I don't have a Samsung smart TV, but until Android 10 I used Chromecast, but since Android 11 I use Google Home.

Yes there is a myriad of ways to connect to your tv with a smart device...
Chromecast as @RedDogRabbit mentioned 👍
or USB-C to hdmi
and if you could tell us the model of your tv would be helpful for possible and easier other ways to connect your devices🤙

Oui c'est génial 🤙 mais il existe de nombreux modèles différents.pour trouver le numéro de modèle, regardez à l'arrière du téléviseur ou allez dans les paramètres du téléviseur et trouvez votre numéro de modèle là-bas 🤷

Il ne semble pas que votre téléviseur se connecte à Internet 🤷
J'aurais dû vous demander quel appareil vous avez avec lequel vous essayez de vous connecter🤦

Je porte toujours mon chargeur et un cordon USB-c vers hdmi (j'ai aussi un hub USB -c, mais le hub n'est pas essentiel pour la connexion, il donne juste des options pour l'utilisation d'un clavier et de clés mémoire)

Sinon, vous pouvez acheter un Chromecast comme suggéré par @RedDogRabbit

I should have asked what device you have that your trying to connect with🤦

I always carry my charger and a USB-c to hdmi cord (I also have a USB -c hub, but the hub is not essential for connecting, it just gives options for using a keyboard and memory sticks)

Otherwise, you can buy a Chromecast as suggested by @RedDogRabbit
