Hi,I've got the S23 FE ..does anyone notice the fingerprint sensor doesn't work well??I have found if I lick my thumb,it will sometimes work..for the most part,it doesn't read even If I re do it..

If your skin is really dry, the sensor has difficulty in scanning your finger print. It's more likely to be an issue with the cold, dry winter air. 

Hydrate & some "Working Hands" cream could be the solution for you. 

I don't think that it's a flaw in design or anything.

I had the same issue and did a lot of thumb licking these past few days on my S24 Ultra but it was caused by my screen protector. I took it off last night and with the same dry thumb, it's working flawlessly now.

I wonder if it's the version of Whitestone that you had? 

Does it use the liquid adhesive or?

Must be, it's the one without the liquid adhesive. If i use cream on my hands it works pretty good otherwise, it's quite frustrating.

I'm running into more money that I usually ever had,without going into detail..I just got the S23 FE..but im on a two year contract..so I'm either going to pay this one off and get the S24 ultra on contract or keep this same plan and have the S23FE ANd buy the S24 Ultra outright..which that's probably the route I'm going to take

Yeah buy them outright if you can , that's what i always do. Im allergic to the word financing 😉
