Hoping for help with the following. I cannot see my Samsung Gallery pictures in the Once Drive photos section of the app. They do not appear to be syncing even thought I have connect my Microsoft account to my Samsung account.

Any help is appreciated

Hi Tao77, I suggest you please open the Samsung Gallery app settings and tap "Switch to OneDrive" and follow the prompts to move your Samsung Cloud Gallery to Microsoft OneDrive. Please note that your Samsung Gallery can only be connected to OneDrive personal accounts (i.e. not OneDrive for work or school users).

Thanks all, I tried each of these suggestions including others and could not get it to work, so while I am embracing the Samsung and Microsoft partnership, I am going to stay with Google Photos for the cloud storage solution for my pictures

Gallery/OneDrive sync only works with internal storage. It will not sync with SD card. Why I removed the Galley/OneDrive link in my Note10+. It's frustratingly backwards. Using OneDrive on its own, it allows SD card backup and sync with desktop and SP2 tablet. Gallery/OneDrive link is a total POS that should not have removed OneDrive SD card sync capability. 🤦
