Galaxy SHi, it's the first time i place a preorder on samsung website and i'm lost! I want to cancel my pre order but i don't see any cancel button or any option for that... is it normal ? How can i cancel easily ?

Galaxy SWell, i used my credit card to pre order, they take the money and my order status is : Processing. I don't really know what's going on with my order. All of this is new for me.

Galaxy SIf I remember right your order will say processing until it is either accepted or rejected within a day or so and I think then you get the possibility of cancelling if you want

Galaxy SThank you for your help! My order just got cancelled by samsung without any reason, but since it was what i wanted my problem is now solved lol
