Hey I'm new to this members page maybe ill get better answers than samsung on my question basically I sent in my s23ultra die to the wifi issue some people have been getting and they made the rma process sound quick due to the fact im simply replacing the phone no actual service was done. but its been a month no response from samsung whatsoever I've tried to connect with supervisors but we keep playing the wait 24-48 hours and its just getting so frustrating. Thanks in advance with any replies
