How ro register phone to account

I am trying to register my samsung s21 5g to my account on my phone. On my samsung members page it says irt s but on my device it says no registered device?? 

How do i fix this??

The only thing I can think of is making sure you have a good WiFi connection and go into your Settings app and click Samsung account and check if it shows a sign in page if it does you're not signed in.

Are you in Canada, trying to Register your device on Samsung's US site, or the Canadian site?

That could be why you are not seeing your device registered..

Hi, could you please confirm if you have already tried all these steps.


Manually register through the Samsung website
1. First, make sure you have already created a Samsung account.
2. When you’re ready, open a web browser and go to the Registration page on the Samsung website. You will be asked to sign in to your account if you haven’t already.
3. Select your product category, such as Mobile, TV & Home Theater, Home Appliances, etc.
4. If needed, select your product type, such as Phone, Tablet, or Wearable. You can skip this step if you're registering something that isn't a mobile device, such as a TV or home appliance.
5. Enter the product’s IMEI number (for devices with a cellular connection only) or its serial number and model number.

Note: For mobile devices without a cellular connection (like Wi-Fi tablets), make sure to select the Wi-Fi option in order to enter the serial number instead of an IMEI number.

6. If you do not know the product’s IMEI, serial, or model number, the website will have instructions on how to find it. You can also look at the "Find the product's model and serial or IMEI number" section for more information.
7. Once you’ve entered the number, select REGISTER. The product will now be registered to your account.
8. If you are having trouble registering your product, please see the "Cannot register a device" section for troubleshooting steps.

Note: If the website says your phone or tablet is already registered, it’s probably because you signed in to your Samsung account on the device which automatically registered it to the account.
