Messaging sound notifications

All of a sudden I am not getting sound notifications for my messaging. Everything is on in the settings. All other apps make sound notifications.

try running diagnostics from the Samsung Members app and test the vibrations, if everything is fine then you're done! If it still doesn't work, try checking notification settings. If that doesn't work, feel free to contact Samsung Support!

good luck . been fighting with phone and samsung. done everything samsung suggested. was working perfect until samsungs latest update.
