Having issues installing Microsoft Oulook onto S25 Ultra. Keep getting authentication error. Have deleted app and cleared all data, rebooted phone. Can install One drive with no issues.
Any ideas.

The app won't install? Or, you cant log in?

Is it a personal profile? Or work?

Did you use smart switch? Or fresh install?

Can't login, it's for work profile, just used smart switch.

Does your company use a device admin policy? SSO? You might want to raise an IT ticket.

Hi dpeat,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with installing Microsoft Outlook on your S25 Ultra. Since OneDrive installs fine, the issue seems to be specific to the Outlook app and its authentication process. Here are a few suggestions that might help resolve the issue:

Ensure that your phone is running the latest One UI and Android updates. Sometimes, an update might resolve compatibility or app issues.

Clear Cache for Google Play Store: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and try installing again.

Verify Microsoft Account: If you’re signing in with your Microsoft account, make sure your credentials are correct. Try signing in to Outlook via the web (browser) to confirm your account isn’t having issues.

Enable Permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Permissions, and ensure the necessary permissions (such as Storage, Contacts, etc.) are enabled.

Remove & Re-add Google Account. Sometimes authentication issues can be fixed by removing your Google account from your phone and adding it back: Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > Google > Remove account. Restart your phone and re-add your Google account.

Thank you.

I did a factory reset, then loaded outlook separately, worked like a charm.
