Sorry to hear you're having trouble with installing Microsoft Outlook on your S25 Ultra. Since OneDrive installs fine, the issue seems to be specific to the Outlook app and its authentication process. Here are a few suggestions that might help resolve the issue:
Ensure that your phone is running the latest One UI and Android updates. Sometimes, an update might resolve compatibility or app issues.
Clear Cache for Google Play Store: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and try installing again.
Verify Microsoft Account: If you’re signing in with your Microsoft account, make sure your credentials are correct. Try signing in to Outlook via the web (browser) to confirm your account isn’t having issues.
Enable Permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Permissions, and ensure the necessary permissions (such as Storage, Contacts, etc.) are enabled.

Galaxy SMe too, using flod6 no issue but switch to s25 outlook cannot configure success, always say authentication failed....clear cache, delete the data...all cannot fix. Using samsung mail client with same configure no issue....
