just let it sit for a few hours. Hitting the top of your phone with your hand may jolt out any water droplets. Try running the vibration motor as well to vibrate out any water droplets.

I went to the beach a few weeks ago and I had this same problem. Tapping on the top of the phone, blowing in the Jacks had no effect. Rice for 8 hours didn't work. It's as if the ocean water created a film or deposit on the power connector Jack. What I did is wipe the component inside the Jack with a hand wet wipe very gently covering the end of one side of tweezers so I could get in there. Then I put back in rice for an hour and I was able to get my phone to charge again. Except it's never been the same. I have to plug and unplug a few times in order to get the fast charging to come on.

bag of rice works for me every time. I won't use a hairdryer on warm or cool. Any forced air in the charger port I personally would not do..
