my speaker is not working any help?

Hi when I call or recieve call, the other person does not hear me when I put my phone on speaker. My phone is up to date . Pls any suggestions,  recommendations ? My phone is S8+

In the Samsung Members App, can you:

- click Get Help from Home.
- under phone care, click view more
- Click interactive checks
- Can you test your mic and speakers?

Going to some sketchy site is NOT a good idea!
Much better to use the Diagnostics here on the Samsung Members app!

wash it with warm water. sounds like dirt might be plugging you mic.
