Galaxy S1. Your password or username incorrect. I bet this chance is very low.
2. According from what you said. It suddenly not working. If you have not change any settings, then the problem is from Shawcable. You may need to call them to resolve your email account problem. I've experienced this before when Shaw email server was having problem.

Galaxy SLong press on your Email app -> Click "i" on top right -> Click Clear Cache and Data.
Then setup your Shaw account again.
