Phone call not showing on screen

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some help. I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and when my phone is on silent, my phone calls will not pop up on my screen while ringing. Once the person leaves a voicemail, my screen flashes then. I do not have the "Do not disturb" setting up. I've never had this problem with all of my other Galaxy phones. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. :smiling-face:

maybe try

-long press phone app
-force stop
-clear cache and clear data

see if that does the trick

also- if you are only using one line to test (eg call your s10), make sure the calling device phone number isnt blocked on your phone app
