Pre Ordered S22 Ultra Shipping delays

I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra 256GB, got my invoice and confirmation. It said it will ship at Feb 22, but now the order is stuck on PROCESSING. Anyone else having the same problem?

Same for me still waiting. hasn't updated status, mine still says will ship Feb 23.

Same. I ordered the s22 ultra 1 TB feb 12. Says will ship feb 22 but as of today (feb 25) still says processing.

Samsung dont even have a decent customer support. No freebies even, and now the Delays. They should be sued for false advertisement.

Same here. Ordered my red 1TB but it's still on progressing as well. They did however asked to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Same here in canada, receive date is 22/02/2022, and today 25th Feb, still in "processing".  CS has no more information for us, only said it is based on "First come First service", I don't know why they give the date 22/02 to us. I wouldn't have chosen pre-order if I knew there was no exact delivery date. If this happened on Amazon, they will give us some compensation. Samsung should the same.

Same here. I had an appointment to do a store Pickup on 25th Feb but they called me yesterday and said they had to cancel it because of not having enough stock. I had made a pre-order on 9th Feb. No compensation plans were also mentioned by the CS.

Not to sound too sarcastic, but you're in lala land if you seriously think Samsung Canada really cares about their customers. The thought of getting any compensation in any way would cause Samsung Canada to have a major melt down lol

I ordered mine on the 10th. I have a watch as part of my order, the order details show Expected Delivery of March 8, 2022. There is nothing on the phone, nothing. No ship date, no in process, nothing.
