S24 ULTRA BRIGHTNESS ISSUE

I'm not sure why my s24 ultra Brightness is low, since it's brand new and the ultra, but I have,

Adaptive Brightness off

Powersaving off

Extra Dim off

Extra Brightness on

QHD+ On

Screen Vividness- Max Vivid 

I noticed that when I toggle Extra Brightness on and off, it doesn't do anything. Also, I held it next to an S23 Ultra and that looked brighter.

Is it like that all the time? I know the S24U will drop the brightness when it gets hot, but it shouldn't be dimmer all the time.

How old is it? If it's within the return period, I'd take it to the Samsung store to get them to check because that's a strange issue.

Interesting, I haven't noticed this issue yet. Maybe you can try to put it in test mode to see if that resolves it, then you'll know if the issue is software related or hardware related.
