S25 ultra using data while on call issue

I'm not sure if it's just me but is anyone having problems with using their data while on a phone call? My data is really slow when I'm on the phone with someone.

Not with my S25 Ultra.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Did all the usual fixes (wipe cache, restart device etc)

Same spot but now I'm off the phone

After reading all posts. Looks like your spot has weak signal. Usually this happened inside a concrete buildings.

I was in a brick building but with lots of glass and near a cell tower.

You're ping and jitter are also terrible.

Call your carrier and have them look at into it.

I'm thinking it may just be that tower lool

If you want some more details, try an app called Network Cell Info. It's free. The app will display the cell tower info and then you can look the cell tower number up and find where it is.

I found this useful as when I was using Fido at home I would constantly get connected to a tower 6km away when there was a tower less than a kilometre away. So I would constantly have terrible speeds of less than 2Mb down -and 100Kb up. I switched to PM and now my download speeds are 150+Mb as it connects to the close tower (which multiple carriers share).
