Samsung Cloud

I'd like to download my photos from Samsung Cloud and choose an alternative cloud storage other than OneDrive.  My phone does not have enough storage to handle all of my pictures (only 12Gb, but phone has less than 5Gb available).  The download option on the Samsung Cloud website will zip up a finite number of photos at a time and download them to my PC. 

Is there an easier way to download my photos to my PC?  I haven't been able to find any specifics how to do this or what any requirements would be.

How about you copy all your existing Photo and video to your PC to free up more space on your device. Then downlod photo from Samsung cloud again and copy them to PC afterwards.

Mine worked just fine using just Edge Chromium browser on desktop pc. Went on Samsung cloud website, and clicked download data.... it was about 4gb or more, but It didn't take any time on a 😧 30Mbps U: 5Mbps connection. 😁

He has to downlod 12GB...I bet it is going to be a long time.

What phone are you using? Does it have SD card slot? If not, best effective method is just to connect the phone to PC via cable and just transfer it directly to the PC. After that, you can take your time uploading to Google or any other alternative cloud storage as backup. Then if you want to have it on the phone, use a file manager to connect to the cloud storage (if it's available).

Sorry, I don't know a better way to download photos from Samsung Cloud to the computer, but if possible, you can transfer all your photos on your Samsung phone to the pc or a hard drive for backup. By doing this, you can free up more space on your Samsung phone. Usually, we can drag and drop photos to the computer directly via USB cable. Or you can also ask help from a third Samsung data backup tool. Hope this will be your help.
