Hi, I noticed that each time I shut down my phone, the lock screen shows my clock, fingerprint scanner, and battery (if it's charging or not). However, the clock moves randomly—sometimes it's in the middle, sometimes the top left, and sometimes the bottom right. I'm on One UI 6.1 on both the S23 and S22 Ultra, and the problem occurs on both devices. Additionally, the lock screen sometimes glitches when I click the power button.

Also, please make it so that when you hold the lock screen for less than three seconds, it doesn't trigger the customization because I keep hitting the wrong place on the fingerprint sensor, which triggers the customization page.

Here's pictures

I believe that the Clock changes position to prevent burn-in, if it was always displayed in the same spot.

Yea but why is the fingerprint and batteey outline in the same place if they wanted to do burn in there smarter ideas like moving it up in a smarter netter looking place

Valid questions, but Possibly because the Clock is larger & brighter?

For the Finger Print, it also makes sense that it doesn't move, you don't want to be hunting for it to unlock your phone.

My guess anyway.

I think that you can resolve this by going into "Security and Privacy", select "biometrics" (enter your PIN), select "Show icon when screen is off" and select "never". That is of course, if you want to remove the fingerprint sensor from that screen.

Hi Zjking10,

Please try to Go to Settings > Lock screen > Clock style and try resetting or changing the clock style. This can sometimes resolve layout issues.

We request you to send us an error report using Samsung members application.

Open the Samsung Members app, and then tap the + key at the bottom right > Tap Error reports > A message will populate for you to choose Always to send the system log data or Just this time. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan > You will be able to choose from Category on what issue your device might be experiencing among the list > Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.

We will also consider this as a feedback and forward this issue to our appropriate team for review.

Thank you.
