Hello,

I'm in canada. I bought a S23 Ultra but I don't have the dual sim on canadian model.... so I would like to buy  a global model to have the dual sim BUT people near me said I will not have the 5G in Canada with TELUS provider...... it's this true and is there a way to have the 5G in canada with a global model ?

I have a few questions before I would like my answers.

1. For the TELUS provider, is it possible to have the S23 Ultra with Dual Sim card ?

2. Will I have 5G service with the Dual Sim card in Canada and elsewhere with my provider TELUS ?

3. Can I receive incoming calls on my cell phone with my 2 phone numbers or only one phone number can work at a time? (can I receive incoming calls from my Canadian line and my Mexican line at the same time).

4. If I cannot receive incoming calls from my two lines simultaneously, can I use the eSim service for my primary line and the Sim physically for my second telephone line?

The Canadian model is dual sim. Only thing is it's a physical and an esim. The esim is easy to set up though!

Hi, yes as said by erwin if you brought the device in Canada and it is a Canadian model then you'll have one physical sim and one esim on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
