that is the screen you get when you get to the unlock the phone... you should have gotten a pin from your carrier to put in once you have done that will unlock your phone... Steps... 1.... Get pin/code from the phones original carrier... 2... put in a different SIM ie another carriers SIM... 3.... enter your code/pin you got from the phone original carrier and now the phone is unlocked and you can put any SIM into the phone even from a different country...
