Smart Lock - Trusted Devices Missing

For the last couple of days I have had to constantly use my PIN or fingerprint to access my S23 Ultra. This morning I had a few minutes and looked in to why. I am an old codger and have hearing aids and I also have a Fitbit both of which I have set as trusted devices.

I was rather surprise to find Trusted Devices is missing from Settings -> Lock Screen -> Smart Lock.

I then wiped the cache partition and that did not help.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Weird that it's the S10, S22 & S23 series.. It's there on my S20 Ultra One UI V5.1 September Security Patch.

Where do you "create a routine"?

Thanks

Thanks, nice workaround, but why, solution is less secure.

"Trusted Devices" is gone from my my S21 as of the update on 09/21/2023.

Samsung is now moving backwards breaking devices that were previously working fine.

Do a Google search for the problem. You'll find a lot of hits going back a few months.

There was an issue with NO options showing under Smart Lock a few months ago. That was resolved by Google rolling out a fix.

This is a slightly different issue as ONLY the Trusted devices are not showing or working.

New motto for Samsung:

"Give us you trust, give us your money, and we'll waste your time for it while you struggle to find workarounds that are not secure".

I'm missing Trusted Devices as well. Fully updated S23 Ultra, unlocked with a VZW SIM. Just noticed I had to use my fingerprint every time I wanted to use the phone this morning even when my watch was paired to it.

The routine workaround works but it would be nice to have it working through the official method. Hopefully, we'll get some more answers soon. Thank you all for sharing.
