What happens when you check for updates?
In Settings > About Phone > Software Information, can you post a screen shot of what is there?
There's zero reason, to Flash any previous version of the Firmware for any Network issue.

Galaxy SYou should be able to upgrade. Try plugging it into Smart Switch to see if it offers you the upgrade to Android 14 and One UI 6.

Galaxy STry going to Settings > Apps TOGGLE ON "Show System Apps" > Search for "Software Update" again & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the TWO Software Update Apps AGAIN & Reboot > CHECK for Software Updates again.
