Trade in value goes from $800 to $0

When trading the note 20 ultra it was estimated that the trade value is $800 as samsung was running a promotion now i get the email to print the shipping labels it says the value is $0 anyone experienced anything like this 

I traded in my watch active for watch 4 2 years ago and the trading value stayed the same throughout the whole process
