what files are you trying to transfer? photos? videos? or apps?? there is an app on Samsung Folder named MyFiles, you can transfer files using that

or transfer files via pc by connecting your phone to pc,

if you're trying to transfer installed apps to your sd card, its a different way.

There are couple ways to do this:

- Use My File app, open the My File. Look for the files location. Press and hold the file, you can choose more than 1 file. Click bottom left " Move ". choose your destination.

- Open Gallery. Create an Album on SD card. Go to Google Photo Album. Press and hold 1 pictures, then you can begin to select the rest of your photos. Click 3 dots on top right corner. Click Move to album ( the one you just create).

- You can plug your phone into your computer. Double click My computer, double click your phone. Go to Google Photo folder in internal storage. Select all or selected photos. 1 right click on mouse, choose move to, select your folder on SD card.

Either 1 of the method can move your files from internal storage to SD card.
