why record calls option is not available in galaxy S21?

Just brought new s21 today but not able to get the call recorder in default call app.. Can anyone help me to find the option thanks

you'd have to download a third-party app. No samsung phone in Canada comes with that probably due to security reasons.

The question is why not. We should collectively ask Samsung to provide it as it does in a number of other places.

I have the same issue with mine here in Australia, despite call recording NOT being illegal provided the other party gives their consent. Worse, it seems I'm not allowed to install a third-party call-recorder app. Every attempt has failed. Call recording is essential for my work.  My dearly departed  S 71 had it  Samsung is being very high-handed and interfering with a lot of people's work over this. It will  lose a lot of loyal customers as a result.

they are, you just have to give the proper consent. it's pretty complicated that's probably why Samsung doesn't enable it.
