normally you'd need a PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat, or livecycle. you can import PDFs into Microsoft word 2013 or newer to make changes, however it's best to use PC software. for a free option LibreOffice or OpenOffice has this functionality

He meant the Samsung App, not how to write on a PDF. And normally you would have an icon in the app drawer.

I strongly discourage the usage of Libre Office for converting and editing PDFs. They usually get waaay messed up. I know from experience. MS Office 2010 and more recent do a decent job for that, but for real editing on a PDF I suggest using Adobe Acrobat DC.

Download it here (Write on PDF, not Acrobat): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.android.spdfnoteac3bbd0a-f83c-49a7-a5c5-34516c410ecd.jpg

Hey @SOKLYCAMBODIA, are you having trouble opening the pdf files in the application or the application itself? Thanks!
