Galaxy ZAfter you realize that Apple isn't all that and a bag of chips..
Open the Camera and go to IT'S Settings and Reset the Camera's settings and Reboot.
If you still have problems, Go to Settings > Apps Search for the Camera & Click on it > Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache and Data for the Camera & Reboot.
You should probably also at least Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.

Galaxy ZHi alakam,
We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue after the recent software update. We appreciate your efforts in trying all the possible ways.
If you haven't tried a Factory Data Reset yet, try to perform and see if it might help to fix the issue. Please make sure to back up all important data before proceeding.

Galaxy ZYou could also open the Samsung Members app, Click on Support & Phone Diagnostics. Run the Diagnostics for the Camera... see if you get any error messages.
Booting into Safe Mode, and seeing if the camera still behaves the same, could tell you that a 3rd party app is causing the problem?
