More smartphones and tablets will get the stable Android 13 and One UI 5.0 update later in Q1 and Q2 of 2023. Samsung has improved its software release speed by a huge margin over the past couple of years.

Well my S22 isn't canadian model maybe that's why I got the update

You could have saved all the confusion by stating your phone was not a Canadian Model at the start.
