Hi, I'm thinking of using my e-voucher on a galaxy watch 4 or 5, but I have some questions. I know that they're more focused for sportive person, but can we, like other smart watches, to receive phone notifications and calls on the watch ? And can I have the review of the galaxy watch 4 possessors ?
Yes absolutely you can still use the watch as an "extension" to your phone so you can receive push notifications, recieved calls, have your calendar synced, plus download a bunch of apps as the watch 4 and watch 5 both use Google Wear. I am still using my Galaxy Watch 3 which uses Tizen. I will be pre-ordering the Galaxy Watch 5 and I can't wait to see how much better it is on Wear OS 🙂

I pre ordered the 5 pro and still have the watch 4 for work and I can tell you that I like tizen more than Google wear. I'll see what's the difference with the 5 pro compared to the 4.
The GW5 will be my first watch running on Wear OS.....I am super stoked to see the difference....I'm just so used to Tizen from all my previous watches
Hate to burst your bubble... but there aren't that many differences lol
I used to have the GW3 and switched to the GW4 classic. It is basically Samsung's skin over Wear OS so it isn't that much different except with more google integration (google maps, google pay, play store, google assistant, etc.) and no more galaxy store on the watch.
