WearablesI hate to say this BUT I think it's high time we all review the Canadian Consumer Protection Act. Then report issues about Samsung's return policy and warranty policies to the Better Business Bureau of Canada.
Some may not think this'll help but the more complaints this will lead into a bigger investigation and significant fines not to mention strong arming Samsung to comply with consumer rules and law here.
Moreover large Law Firms pay attention to such reports and initiate class action suits - corporations NEVER like this because they ALMOST ALWAYS LOSE and it's a HUGE significant fee to them even if the refund to all co summers is minimal. The real play with that is it kicks the corporation in the balls/nads and they make a PROPER decision to straighten up and NOt make the same mistake again because it's makes global news and puts harsh eyes on the company.
1. Galaxy Note exploding battery
2. Apple iPhone throttling with battery health excuse!
3. Data breaches of consumer personal identifying information. (The I only exception was Equifax nothing ever happened to them just public embarrassment).
Change can happen but people sometimes NEED to step up to force it.

Almost every retailer, brick & mortar or online, allows returns for just about everything.. If Samsung doesn't want you to open the box, maybe they should include a free xray machine with every purchase.. 🙄
