samsung pass, secure folder, my Knox etc keeps telling me that I have a rooted device so they fail to work but my phone is not rooted.

I spoke to one of the technician through smart tutor. he advised me to wait for 48 hrs and try the apps again. because nougat is new that might be the issue. if it doesn't change after 48hrs I'll try the reset. thanks

When you go to sleep tonight boot your phone into safe mode overnight.

might solve the problem quicker but if it doesn't go ahead and reset your device.

Yeah wtf,I used Kingroot like they said and it doesn't work it always stops and says waiting on Purify
