Galaxy SHey @lot2, as you mentioned you have checked that auto-restart option is disabled & performed clear cache partition and it did not fix the issue. It could be due to third party application, Try Safe Mode and check if it fixes the issue.
Note: If the issue is fixed in safe mode then third party apps are causing it.
If issue is not fixed in safe mode then try Factory Data Reset. Before performing Factory Data Reset backup your device using the Smart Switch.
"The factory reset makes the device function again in a new form. It cleans the entire system of the device".
