Hi there ! My Bixby voice password is not working. It does not recognize my voice and unlock the phone. It keeps saying "I didn't recognize that". I have tried several different passwords, some of which are very simple like 'unlock now' yet it fails to unlock every time. It has not worked even once for me. Any suggestions on how I can fix this. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks !!
Hey @Fah, the issues with Bixby has been reported a lot from last week. Our team is currently working on fixing the bug with Bixby now, and we hope to see these issues fixed for the next update. Meanwhile, could you please submit a Bixby error log when Bixby does not recognize your voice password again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!
Had the same issue from day one and it still might work. I use Google Assistant voice recognition unlock. Fast and gets it right. Things should be way more improved when the S9 comes out.
