Latest UI update to the Note 10+

Since the last UI update few weeks ago it has broken the Google Nest previews. Now when a notification comes in there is no longer a snipit of the it's notifying you of. You must now go to the Google Nest app to see. This also broke the Galaxy watch as well same thing. Notification but no snipit. This is my first Samsung in many years and I'm regretting it as I never had these problems with my pixel phones.

Yes, I got preview from my notification area. I am using UI 2.5 on N20U.

Try Open Settings → Apps → Nest → Storage
click clear cache and data. Setup Nest app again and test it.

Thanks for your help @Tallman I tried but the notification will not pull down a preview. This is frustrating.

So, you mean notification show the preview for the first time, no need to expand the notification?

I mean the notification no longer expands a preview like it did prior the the UI update. It now just shows a notification that's it, no preview anymore. for me to see a preview I need to go into the Nest app.

I don't think is OneUI problem. I have the preview on notification, without open Nest app. Try unintall Nest app? Maybe?

Hi yomamma1922, can you check if you click into Settings → Notifications → Nest → General

Under Lock screen, does it choose show content?

Yes and was set to show content.

Quick question, the notification is for Nest Hello Doorbell or Nest Camera?

Both I have the Hello and a nest cam inside my house. I don't want to sell the Note but this is really leaving a bad taste.
