Not receiving messages

Has anybody not received messages from someone before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you mean text messages, phone messages?

Do you have any call Blocking enabled?

Hi, please perform the clear cache of the messaging app on your phone and check if it works fine.

Go to  Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the app you want to clear. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
