Just got it on my Note 20Ultra 5G this afternoon. Carrier is Virgin Plus,

I have a problem with the accelerometer wrong behavior just after the android 13 update. restarting the phone solve the problem temporarily but it comes back again all the time. it is so annoying.

according to some members factory reset doesn't seem to solve the  problem.

Try this, 

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support button right. 

Diagnostics & View Tests, run the Diagnostics for the Sensors. 

See if you get any error messages. 

I know that a Factory Reset CAN rectify a number of issues, but obviously there is no guarantee that it will. 

If it was my device, I'd backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. 

Or you can wait for a "fix" if it is a software issue? 

BUT check to make sure it isn't a hardware issue first.
