video calling not working, note 8

For some reason, my video calling isn't working. Also, I don't even know what app my phone uses for that nor where to go to even troubleshoot this. Help please!

Not all carriers support this.... were you able to do this before you got your note 8?

Yeah, i was. But now that option is not longer available

Yup @Echo is right. It all depends on your service providers support of video calling.

I'm with Fido and when I first got my phone, the feature was working

What you are referring to is video call over LTE. As mentioned above, not all carriers support this. I know Bell does as I am with them.
Voice and Video over LTE is the next generation of voice and video calling. With Voice and Video over LTE technology, you can:
Make a voice call and stay on LTE data speeds while you multi-task
Make and receive voice and video calls with improved voice quality
Switch between voice and video during calls

I would check with your provider to see if is supported.

It should be since I was able to video calls up until last night(well, that's when I realized it wasn't working) but I'll check.

I am with bell canada, and it doesn't work on my note 8 neither.
