If you can't remember your pin / pattern, You'll still have to unlock it though Find my Device, as your phone has Factory Reset Protection (FRP). So a Factory Reset won't solve the problem.

Do you have Location turned on?

And forget Samsung support, contact your carrier.

Did you try Booting into Recovery and wipe cache or wipe cache & data for Find my Device?

I have a feeling the Find My Device has not enable on the phone.

Hi momof2boyzz,
Have you already configured your Samsung account and activated the Findmymobile option on your phone before it gets locked with the PIN? If yes, you can unlock your phone screen pattern or PIN by following the steps below using the Findmymobile link.
1. You must configure the Samsung account on your phone.
2. It is necessary to register on the "Findmymobile" site with the Samsung account which is registered on the phone.
3. Note: These steps only work if your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or the mobile network.

Click on the link below, sign in with the Samsung account. Your phone will be displayed as a registered device. Click Unlock my device and enter the Samsung account password to reset the phone lock screen: Https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
