Galaxy SOpen Settings -> Connections -> WiFi -> Gear icon at far right on your WiFi name -> Clicjk view more at bottom to expand. For MAC address type, try use Phone MAC instead of Randomized MAC.
See if this help.

Galaxy SWe have the same problem with ours. It just started 2 weeks ago. Its now. Dropping calls won't stay connected on the t-Mobile network. We have reset the phone, we've done a factory reset. And they now have replaced the phone. Put the old sim back in the new phone, same problem. I'm waiting on the new sim card. This is unacceptable. And it appears that samsung's trying to wean people off that phone and buy new ones. This has cost us time and more money. We had to file an insurance claim to replace hardware. This is ridiculous samsung step up.
