Galaxy SIf that's what they mean (I think that you are right), it depends on what they are doing with the phone.
If you are are actively using it, it recalculates the rate of percentage going down. If you leave the phone alone for a few minutes, the next time they check, they will see the percentage used (discharging speed), has been reduced. Again I think that it is perfectly normal.

Galaxy SI just installed Battery Guru after I saw your post.
Usage & your Settings can have an effect on the temperature.. ie: screen brightness, Display settings, ie: Motion Smoothness..60hz vs 120hz, Light or Dark Display, and apps running in the background... ie: Sleeping or constantly running apps.
I'm not saying that you didn't damage your phone with the drops, but it's not really obvious that there's a problem with it either.
My screen has been off for most of the time measured.
Galaxy S23 Ultra by the way.

Galaxy SYou could download Geek Bench from the Play Store, run the tests and see how your device compares..
If it's performance is out of wack, you should see it happening with the test.
Turn off 120hz when you run the test.
