Galaxy SIt was likely their Spam Bott that removed your post and not anyone from Samsung.
I had a post removed myself on Friday.
This question has been asked over and over so is likely becoming classed as spam. A simple search or reading other peoples posts about the subject would give you some answers.
No one knows for sure when it will be released as there have been conflicting articles about release date and is still in Beta testing on the S23s which will likely be first to receive it.
Release to S23s could possibly be the end of this month or in November and depending on the device could be anytime till the end of 2023 or later, all depending on the beta tests and when it is ready to be released for each device
Here is an article I found describing some probems with version 14

Galaxy SVarious parameters can be programmed into an automation (what most people would call a bot).
Example Service Now tickets system has a built in KB (knowledge base) that is manually entered by people or existing common source various or the same industries that could be approved for import ans reviewed to be kept or not by any company.
Depending on the admins at company you can choose with keywords/tags to be available for searches.
Based on those keywords/tags a kb can be higher up in the search results. The more people that select it and especially in IT that approve it as a solution that worked theb IT Will be the top search.
Now let's see that in reverse for any forum by any company:
30 people in a week ask about OneUI 6. When you post a new topic asking those keywords:
OneUI 6/OneUI +6
When
Released
Then an automation can be set to accept say only 20/week and the automation can be set to run at 12AM, 12PM or even hour if it's been THAT frequent.
I've been using internet long since before it's dawn, using modem 2600 baud and the only thing that existed where hosts (other pCs) had files or a BBS (Bulleting Board System) = which is the grandfather of: websites, forums, reddit.
Back then a human would have to answer or not to a request. Too often that person at the physical PC hosting BBS or maybe 2-5 others connected simply got fed up of answering the same question, and put an information menu with said message to search! Today people are too lazy and just skim read and say I'm first.
Breaking it down for you:
Imagine a classroom of 5yr olds all saying "do you know what" repeatedly 10x regardless of what you say or do JUST to get your attention, and you're the teacher or only adult in the room. Get the picture why such pissts are deleted?!
Watch to 0:38 only its animated but the TV show is harsh.

Galaxy SI am not convinced, that the Moderators here are not actually in South Korea.
More than often the subtle differences in grammar, word choices, strongly suggest that English / French are not their first languages... Just Sayin'
