Secure Folder

Hi Guys, Anyone can help me with Secure Folder? As I check google answers to reset PIN/Password, mine doesn't show any "Forgot Password" or even try clearing data / cache from settings -> apps. Any help, would be much appreciated! Thanks

Try the following:

• Settings > Apps > Toggle ON "Show System Apps" (middle right) & Click "OK" Search for "Samsung Account" > Click on the 3 Dot Menu Top Right & "Uninstall Updates".
• Go to the Secure Folder & type in Random letters / numbers. See if you get "forgot Password"?
• If not, Reboot the device & Try again.

I'm having the same problem. I Uninstalled the updates but need to wait till my password / pin screen come back (I was at 30 min) to see if I get reset option

I do not have a reset option still on my secure folder. I have cleared cache and data. And Uninstalled updates to samsung account. I have a notification from my secure folder that I cannot get rid of because I can't login to it. It's super annoying...there must be a way to get rid of this app of uou forget your pin!!

It automatically brings me to the code screen regardless of what I do

I have this exact problem and it wants the password for after my phone does a reset, I put it in and it does nothing but if I put the wrong one it will tell me it's wrong

Nope I'm still dealing with it unfortunately and not happy about it. Nor do I think anyone giving the above advice have actually tried their own advice. There is NO forgot password option 🙄
