I'm confused with SmartSwitch for PC. For some reason it will not connect with any phone. I have tried an S21Ultra, Flip 3, and an S9Plus. I have USB debugging enabled in Developer Options on all 3 phones. I have tried 2 different USB cables on 2 different PC's, one running Windows 10 and one running Windows 11. I've tried reinstalling Samsung drivers through the SmartSwitch PC app several times, rebooted the computers, phones, nothing works. What's going on here? Anyone have any idea what else I need to be doing?

Do the phone & computer "see" each other?

Try Opening Smart Switch & Run as Administrator.

Running as Administrator doesn't help. They do "see" each other, if I choose the USB option on the phone to "transfer images" then it shows up on my computer and I can access my photos. Switching back to "transferring files" goes back to the smartswitch screen asking to connect a phone. Nothing I've tried works yet. Not any phone, not any cable, not any computer.

Do you have Smart Switch installed on your phone?

I'm guessing that you tried Uninstalling & Reinstalling it on your computer?

Try downloading & installing the Samsung USB Drivers that I use.

⚠️⚠️UNINSTALL the ones you currently have installed on your computer FIRST! ⚠️⚠️

How do I find and delete the existing drivers? I found one in the Remove Programs sections in Control Panel. Are there any more anywhere else?

Should just be:

Control Panel > Click on Uninstall a program > Right click on the program you want to uninstall > Click Uninstall.

Are you sure that they are installed?

Yeah there was one there named Samsung USB Drivers. I uninstalled that one. I'll try the link you sent and see how it goes.

Your link for the drivers was the same as the one I had installed.. Still doesn't work. I installed from your link, but nothing happens still. This is quite odd. I tried yet another USB cable that I know works for data transfer but still nothing.
