Only way is to Root your S7 & Flash a Custom Rom - You DEFINITELY won't get Pie from Samsung 🐧

i love RR roms and aosp extended. Only prob is you don't get volte. If you don't need to use any navigation apps then i say go for it. If you rely heavily on mobile data you may not be satisfied with it. One day i hope... Havoc has nice ones, too.
I have an S7 as well with pie and the good thing about Samsung ported ROMS is that they generally are going to give you the most functionality as well as extending use of the device beyond manufacturer support of course ;)
