Visual Voicemail

Why isn't the Visual Voicemail app not available freely on the Samsung store? My carrier supports visual voicemail but the app is not on the phone and I would very much appreciate it if Samsung would add the availability of the app on the Galaxy availability of the app on the Galaxy store

Don't know which Canadian Carrier you are with, but most seem to have discontinued Visual VM for Android devices. It's still available for iPhones, but probably because Apple provides kickbacks to the Carriers.. or something?

Most Carriers seem to have switched to Voice Mail to Text for Android devices. I know that Rogers did this a few years ago.

Regardless, most Carriers would have any apps for V-VM available on the Play Store, not the Galaxy Store.

Telus still have it...I had it included within my plan a month ago and installed visual voicemail from Galaxy store on my S20 5G. That was great to not have to call like with Rogers to listen to messages...Also your messages are stored in your phone. I had to come back to Rogers because signal was too weak.

Rogers still have Visual Voice Mail....BUT... 

ONLY for iPhones... go figure that out.. Kickbacks, or...?

In 2024 that kind of feature should be included...Fongo (old Dell voice) have it on the free subscription with canada wide calls...like you said go figure that out. I have having to call VM phone # for spam calls.
